Sparkbrook fire

The fire that happened yesterday in Stratford road, Sparkbrook centred about the recently vacated premises of Vale-Onslow, not sure if there were still any spares there waiting removal to their new site ? Many of you will have used Vale Onslow for difficult to obtain FB and James parts

Vale Onslow

Post  FB vincent on Mon Jan 29, 2018 12:10 pm

That's really sad. Len Vale Onslow (Junior) supplied mission impossible parts for me over the years which enabled me to restore several bikes. They were the last surviving old time dealer for James and FB parts and their shop was a crumbling time capsule. If the remaining parts have been destroyed it will be a loss for the FB and James world.
