Ernie, you have a 1957 FB Plover with a 295B coded 30C 147cc engine ( correct for that model)
it will have had it's registration number sold off prior to the DVLA's age-related number issues, then everything was given a "A" suffix

You can get this removed from the bike and a 3 letter 3 number "age-related" plate issued by DVLA, as the dating officer for the club I can mark up your V5C copy and issue a dating certificate to enable this to happen, send me a p.m. if you wish to do this and I will explain what I need

To the right of this message you will see a small square with p.m. in it, click on this and you can send me a personal message ( p.m.) without it appearing on the forum .

295B prefix is a 30 C 147cc engine, but you can put a 122cc 13D top end on it which would make it a 125 ( well 122 actually) quick way to tell the 122 engine has a bolt on carburettor manifold, the 147 engine has a cast round stub that cannot be removed, if you have a cast on stub that the carburettor pushes onto it is a 150cc ( 147 actually) if the carb stub bolts on it will be the 125 ( 122 actually) engine
The 197 top end will not fit the 295B bottom end , so can only be a 147cc engine or a 147cc engine that has a 122cc top end on it JH
