D pre fix was used twice
D was used in 1934, for several models with differing engines determining the model
D was repeated again in 1963 on the Plover 86 AMC15T engine 150cc bike

you should be able to work out just by looking, the difference between a 1934 and 1963 bike

Think some more information might be needed ??, although the numbers after the D would lead me to suggest these are to high for a 1963 Plover ?

If it has a Villiers IIE 196cc supersports engine it will have engine numbers beginning with KZ or KZS and will be a 1934 FB Falcon model 38, this was the only model to use the supersports engine, it could be ordered with the 172cc engine as well as an option .
There were also 2 Blackhawk models ( 36 and 37) but these had the standard IIE engine , not the KZ/KZS supersports engine
