Merlin52 front forks

Post  roughmoor3@gmail.com on Tue Sep 27, 2016 5:26 pm

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get my front forks refurbished?
Currently there is 15mm difference in length, thus making the front wheel lean to one side.

Remove the top yoke under this at the top of the leg you will find two screws in the top of each leg, remove these and pull out the legs from the bottom, odds on you have a broken spring ??

Thanks.
I'll have a look at that.
Can you recommend where to source new springs?

I cannot imagine there will be many sources of new old stock springs, think you will have to send a sample to someone like Alberta springs, and get a pair made ?
