adjuster id help

Post  bart on Tue May 10, 2016 3:31 pm

At the front end of the gear change side rear footrest hanger (falcon 81) there is an adjuster , about inch and a half long in a vertical position, it doesn`t appear to do anything but also looks like it should be there, any idea what it is ?
