Belgian Powerbike

Post  yoda on Sat Jan 16, 2016 12:34 pm

Hello, here's my powerbike project, I found it a few month ago and just begin to work on. May be'll I need some advices to complete the restoration.
Thank you to welcome me on the site.

some pictures :

I've found the Villiers services site on the web, but I can't find new pistons or rings on it. As you can see on the pictures, the rings were broken when I've tried to extract them fron the piston. The piston is in the first size (50mmm). I'm also looking for the engine gaskets, my motor is a Villiers De luxe Junior 98cc with a Villiers V508 carb
As you also can see, my biggest problem is the tank !!! Do you think it may be possible to find a new one (or at least in a better state than mine), because this bike is relatively exeptional in Belgium an I can't find any apare part for the moment. May be a member of this forum 'll have those parts and 'll accept to sale it.

Sorry for my poor English...!
