cadet rear mudguard

cadet rear mudguard

Hi
recently I bought a new project, what I believe to be a james cadet l15  1956and of course I need help with a couple of things,   the rear mudguard has at some point had the number plate section sheared, so I need to  fabricate a new section but dont hava any idea as ti what it looks like, can anyone help.
also the exhaust is missing the front pipe and the tailpipe again can anyone help
