Out and about

Post  chamberslane on Sun May 24, 2015 10:42 am

Hi Coll,
I live near Beverley and am often out on my Cruiser 89.
A favourite ride is to the Tea Pot cafe at Fimber that is situated in the picnic site on the road between Fridaythorpe and Sledmere. Turn right at the roundabout signposted Wetwang and its 100yds on the right. Its not far from York and is very popular with motorcyclists as is the Seaways cafe in Fridaythorpe. The roads are quiet and the scenery is magnificent.
We are often there on Wednesdays or Fridays, maybe see you there sometime.

Patrick.

Hi Patrick. PM me next time you're heading out that way and I'll see if I can make it. Till something starts to behave it'll be the car but as long as theres somewhere to hide it( Smile ) an evening out for a brew sounds good to me. Normally we end up heading out to Squires to tyre kick and watch the world go by (that and a bacon butty with coffee). It'll be a timely reminder of what the hell I'm up to.

Nice wander round Dick Cravens this am. Noticed he has one or two James bits in his "might be for sale, ask" section. Certainly a set of 25T crank cases with badges, and the primary chain cases.
