Helmets, Visors and Goggles
Hello
I need a decent new helmet to go with my newly aquired FB.
Can anyone please advise on the best make, combination, where to buy I should be considering?
I understand you get what you pay for and good to try on before you buy.
Thankyou
Diane

You realy do get what you pay for. Some of the top brands can be very expensive though. You need to decide if you want a full face helmet or an open face. I bought a dual use one but it was quiet expensive. Its nice to ride with an open face helmet but you do leave yourself open should you fall on your chin. I would go into the shop and try on for comfort and buy the best you can afford. Dont let them pressure you into what you dont want just because its expensive.
If you go for open face be sure it has a flip up front as goggles can be a bit of a pain.
