Dover White

Thanks FB Vincent
But they are a bit pricey. 25 for a 400ml aerosol paint and 400ml Lacquer
I would like to keep to Halfords paint at half the price.

Graham I used VW Grey White (a van colour) on my white Falcon 81. It seemed a good match to a Falcon 87 original toolbox lid I have and my Dover white original Fulmar 88. Check it out yourself though. Most VW vans you see are Grey White.

Graham, as you know I have three 84`s , only one has the original white colour front mudguard & side panels. I have painted the red/white one using Tetrosyl ERMINE WHITE cellulose which as you know I prefer to use. The reference code is C02158. I have found that the colour match is closer to the original than OLD ENGLISH WHITE (Tetrosyl cellulose Reference code C01264) which I have also tried, it is too yellowy to my eyes. I cannot comment on any two pack colours because I have not tried any.

As regards plans, I am making a list of all my F-B bits & 2T & 25T engines & parts in readiness for disposing of the lot!, the final straw was seeing that Villiers kickstart lever selling for 60 or so on ebay this week!
Regards, Mike.
